The process for uninstalling Insync on Linux depends on the specific distribution, for example, for Debian/Ubuntu you have to Run “sudo apt-get remove insync”, and delete the application data folder at ~/.config/Insync; Fedora sudo yum remove insync, delete the application data folder at ~/.config/Insync.

Keep in mind that reinstalling without removing config/program files will allow Insync to pick up where you left off and reinstalling after removing them will result in a fresh setup. Also, be careful when selecting an empty Base Folder as it can lead to data loss.
